I have worked with all ages of clients from infants to senior citizens. I have years of experience doing both individual counseling and teaching group classes. I have also taught nutrition classes at the college level. I have worked in an outpatient clinic and hospital setting seeing patients with heart disease, diabetes and those desiring weight loss. I have also worked in a college setting counseling students and working with the food service. My areas of expertise include diabetes, heart disease, general nutrition for wellness and weight management, meal planning and nutrition analysis of food products.
I am the owner of Nutrition First, LLC a nutrition consulting business in the Eau Claire community. Presently, I do consulting with area grocery stores, individuals and businesses providing services that include:
